• AsiaCommerce helps ensure compliance with regulations for the goods to be imported, and manages all legal documentation (e.g. BPOM constraints, SNI, POSTEL, medical device permits, PKRT, quarantine, import quotas, etc.).

• AsiaCommerce helps you calculate full cost estimates in advance. These transparent calculations are provided by the AsiaCommerce team before the transaction/import is processed.

• AsiaCommerce assists in verifying the conformity of goods from supplier before shipping to Indonesia, provides quality checking at its shipping warehouse, and helps with return processes if needed.

There are 3 shipping methods: Sea, Air, and Express:

Yes. Since AsiaCommerce is a PKP (Taxable Entrepreneur), it can issue tax invoices in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.

You simply need to send the details of your purchase plan, or the supplier’s invoice and packing list (if available), and discuss with the AsiaCommerce team. The team will then calculate and provide you with an import procurement solution and a price quote based on your submitted plan.

Yes — importing food, beverages, cosmetics, or supplements requires BPOM distribution permit, which AsiaCommerce will handle as part of the mandatory import requirements. You can contact the AsiaCommerce team for further details on documents and BPOM permit handling.

Yes — AsiaCommerce has import quota for finished clothing, so it can assist in importing clothing and other apparel.

However, for the Garment / Textile category, due to strict regulations, AsiaCommerce cannot yet import fabrics or raw textiles. As an alternative, they suggest shifting from raw fabric to finished goods such as shirts, bags or shoes.

Yes — AsiaCommerce can help import and handle permits for medical devices (Alkes) or household goods regulated under PKRT. You can contact the AsiaCommerce team for further details on documents and permit schemes for Alkes / PKRT.

Not yet — AsiaCommerce currently only handles import of iron goods that are finished products (e.g. iron tumblers, iron kitchenware). It has not yet imported raw iron materials like sheets, bolts, nuts, or other iron raw materials.

Yes — AsiaCommerce can help you import from Alibaba. Simply send the Alibaba product URL and they will help with everything from supplier transaction to the complete import process, so you just wait for the goods to arrive.

Currently, AsiaCommerce cannot import from AliExpress because AliExpress does not provide domestic shipping within China. The team can help you find alternative suppliers on other platforms for the product you intend to import from AliExpress.

Yes — AsiaCommerce can help import from 1688, Taobao, or other Chinese marketplaces. Just send the product URL you want to import, and they will handle everything from the supplier transaction to the full import process, so you only wait for delivery.

Yes — their team is proficient in negotiating with overseas suppliers.

But note: if you need more specialized testing (e.g. electrical current testing or machinery testing), a professional surveyor may be required. You can discuss this further with their team to determine the scheme for more specific testing.

Yes — when goods arrive at their warehouse, AsiaCommerce will perform a quality check, and if defects or damage are found, they can arrange returns to the supplier.

Yes — you can find supplier introduction services via their Sourcing Trip program, which includes physical visits to Canton Fair and direct visits to first-tier suppliers.

Currently, this service is available only to Brand Owners who are PKP and have stable sales in Indonesia.
